Facilitron Inventory & AssetHub

Asset and inventory interface work, with an AssetHub prototype exploring equipment records, work orders, and incremental modernization.

Includes prototype work

About the project

Our Facilitron asset and inventory work brings equipment records, condition information, locations, and maintenance context into a web interface. An asset dashboard connects search, barcode access, inventory, and related work-order navigation.

The related AssetHub and WORKS Next prototype explores modern asset lifecycle and work-order interfaces alongside an established system. Separate frontends share an API and common contracts, with mock-data support for reviewing a staged modernization approach.

What the application supports

Equipment and maintenance context

Asset records, condition summaries, inventory navigation, and attention lists organize the information around physical equipment.

Search and barcode access

Search and scanning entry points connect physical assets with their digital records.

Modernization prototype

AssetHub and WORKS Next explore separate interfaces over a shared API, allowing staged review beside a legacy system.
