Facilitron Works AI
AI assistance for facility operations, connecting natural-language questions with work-order counts, documentation lookup, and report preparation.
Development work
About the project
Our Facilitron Works AI development work connects a conversational interface to specific facility-management tools. A user can ask about work-order counts, seek guidance from official documentation, or request a filtered work-order report in ordinary language.
The implementation uses Semantic Kernel and application tools to translate a question into structured filters and lookups. Report preparation returns an action that opens the existing report interface with the requested context, helping users reach the operational workflow with less manual navigation and repeated filter entry.
What the application supports
Natural-language work-order questions
Structured tools handle work-order counts and filters, with clarification controls for unsupported or ambiguous values.
Documentation-backed assistance
A knowledge-lookup tool retrieves relevant official documentation for product questions.
A handoff to the existing report workflow
Report requests prepare a link into the application’s report interface, preserving a concrete next step for the user.
