Ministry

Smyrna

A church application and administration system connecting preaching, calendars, member access, class groups, and messaging.

About the project

Smyrna pairs a church mobile application with an administration website and shared backend. Members can access preaching and calendar content, while staff manage the material and member-facing workflows behind the app.

The product extends beyond a public content library: it supports reviewed member access, Sunday school class groups, and direct messaging with teachers and pastors. Its content endpoints support English, Spanish, and French with English fallback for untranslated fields.

What the application supports

Preaching and calendar content

Shared content endpoints serve preaching categories, calendar items, and notifications to the application.

Member access and class groups

Staff review member access requests and connect approved households with their Sunday school groups.

Messaging and localization

Class conversations and direct staff messages sit alongside multilingual content delivery and notification workflows.
